The savings that home owners reap by owning a manufactured home goes far beyond manufacturers of manufactured homes being able to pass on cost savings to home owners as a result of having reduced labor costs and reduced construction material costs than construction companies who construct stick-built homes on behalf of real estate developers. Manufacturers of manufactured homes are able to procure parts of a manufactured home in bulk at a discounted rate. European disease resistance and susceptibilities were the opposite regionally.
