Swinford’s looks at the ways that Kepler’s ＜em＞Somnium＜/em＞ is influenced by the cosmic dream, a literary genre that enjoyed considerable popularity among medieval authors, including Geoffrey Chaucer, Dante, John of Salisbury, Macrobius, and Alan of Lille.
