Job 41 contains God's description of the leviathan's features. This suggests that since it is a principality that presents constant difficulties for man, it is a problem we must solve. Leviathan supported Pharaoh as well. Isaiah 29:1?5 He oversaw trade and development in Egypt. The god that the Egyptians worship (the leviathan in the river) is symbolized by a serpent on the top of Pharaoh's crown. The Almighty God described Pharaoh as the big beast that lies in the midst of the river in Ezekiel 29:1?5. It simply indicates that the giant monster that dwells in Egypt's Nile River and goes by the name Leviathan is a divinity that is behind King Pharaoh. Pharaoh rises early and goes to the river to worship this god. At the time of Moses' birth, between 2000 and 3000 children were reportedly sacrificed to this ferocious dragon in an effort to kill him. But Moses escaped.
