容量：750ml ベレッシュの凛としたスタイルを体現できるベーシック・キュヴェ。他の全てのキュヴェと同様にマロラクティック発酵は行わない。3品種をほぼ均等に1/3づつブレンドし、20年分以上の収穫年が混ざるヴァン・ド・レゼルヴを35％用いる。24-36ヶ月の瓶熟成。平均樹齢40年以上、ノン・フィルター。ホーロータンク(40%)と樽(60%)にて醸造。村はリュード35％、オルム30％、マレイユ・ル・ポール25％、トレパイユ10％。※ラベルに少し汚れがある商品がございます。VINOUS・93点（マグナムの評価になります）「The NV Brut Réserve Magnum (base 2020) is bright and beautifully focused right out of the gate. As always, the base wine for the magnum is one year behind the 750ml bottles. That extra time on the lees is one of the reasons why the magnum is often exceptional - it is again this year. Citrus, crushed rocks and white flowers are some of the many nuances that build over time. I especially admire the energy and overall tension here. Dosage is 6 grams per liter.
