Sell Products on Amazon with Fulfillment by Amazon: Quit Your Day Job and Travel the World【電子書籍】[ Frank Aaron Florence ]

【電子書籍なら、スマホ・パソコンの無料アプリで今すぐ読める!】Sell Products on Amazon with Fulfillment by Amazon: Quit Your Day Job and Travel the World【電子書籍】[ Frank Aaron Florence ]

The U.S. Armed Forces used to promote using the motto, "Join the Navy and See the World." Based on my personal experiences traveling through 20 countries since 2009, I'm changing this motto to "Join the Amazon FBA Program and See the World." If you dream of travel, you don't have to wait until retirement to cross exploring the world off of your bucket list. You just need to get in gear for running your own business, do your homework starting with reading this book, and take off.
I was definitely one of those people who continually dreamed of global travel. Then I read 4-Hour Workweek: Escape 9-5, Live Anywhere, and Join the New Rich by Tim Ferris in 2009 and realized I could be liberated. I did not need to rely on the traditional 9-to-5 job to make a living. Ferris was working 14-hour days at his own sports nutrition supplement company. Overwhelmed by the amount of work and zero free time, he took a sabbatical and traveled through Europe, Asia, and South America. Ferris learned a great deal during these trips. He followed a streamlined system of checking email once daily and outsourcing small daily tasks to virtual assistants. In his book, Ferris argued that today's technological advancements, such as email, instant messaging and Internet-enabled smart phones,, are anything but time savers. They make life much more complicated. Instead, he promotes the idea of hiring virtual assistants to free up one’s personal time.
Actually, the primary challenge of 4-Hour Workweek is not quitting your job and packing your suitcase. Instead, it's finding what Ferris calls a "muse," or a low-maintenance business that generates significant income. You leverage this muse to finance your ideal lifestyle, which consists of traveling around the world.
When I read Ferris' book, I was already benefitting from my successful muse: FBA, which stands for Fulfillment by Amazon. In this book, I'm going to show you how to use Amazon's FBA system to automate your income and travel the world. I write from first-hand experience: I'm publishing this book from the "road," actually the train tracks, through Eastern Europe, continuing my travels outside the U.S. that have gone on for over four years. Right now, I'm in a posh apartment in Belgrade, Serbia. I've called this my home for the last two months.
This book isn't some theoretical experiment. I'm living proof that the ideas in this book work. Tons of books show you how to travel. Another ton of books exists to tell you to "start a business," without showing you how. My book is different. I'll give you the exact type of business to start and show you how to start it. You'll also learn the tricks I've used in order to travel over the globe for years.
What makes the difference between someone like myself who is "his own man" and left employee life behind and someone still working in the nine-to-five world? What separates the entrepreneurs from the deferrersーor those people who keep on deferring their freedom until it's too late? Here are the main differences between the two:
* Working for yourself vs. working for someone else -
* Setting your own schedule vs. following another person's time-frame
* Doing everything for yourself vs. outsourcing the repetitive work
* Making your personal lifestyle your priority vs. prioritizing your work
* Traveling when you are young and in good health vs. putting off travel until it's too late
* Making money for yourself vs. making money for someone else's bottom line
* Making a personal contribution vs. being a cog in a machine
There are three primary concepts you need to understand to make your worldwide business work out best: 1) Fulfillment, 2) Sourcing for Saleable Products, and 3) Outsourcing Your Business Administration. Once you know the basics and my tips concerning these three areas, I can get into the nitty-gritty and show you how to incorporate what you learned with traveling tips.

Volvo Amazon The Complete Story【電子書籍】[ Richard Dredge ]

In 1956, a prototype of a new passenger car from Volvo was presented. It became known as the Amazon in Sweden and the 121 and 122S in export markets, the latter denoting a more sporty derivative. However, despite its substantial appearance, all Amazons were surprisingly fleet of foot - this was one of the most sporty European saloons of the 1960s. With its elegant, timeless styling the Amazon broke new ground for Volvo - and for passenger cars as a whole. This new book covers the complete story of the Volvo Amazon, from 1956 onwards, including full production histories, comprehensive specification details, and over 250 photographs. The book covers the history of Volvo before and after the Amazon, and development and production of all Amazon derivatives from 1956-1970, including the 121, 122S, 123GT and all of the estate editions. There are biographies of key Volvo personnel, including the company's first designer, Jan Wilsgaard. Also included is the Amazon in motorsport, plus driver biographies: Tom Trana, Sylvia Osterberg and Carl-Magnus Skogh. There is a full buying guide along with tips on tuning and modifying, including rally preparation, and an insight into what the press thought of each Amazon derivative, with pages also devoted to how the car was marketed in period. An ideal resource for owners, or anyone with an interest in the evolution of these classic cars, which is superbly illustrated with 250 colour photographs.

Maiz Y Coca-Cola Adventures, Scrapes, and Shamanism in the Amazon and Andes【電子書籍】[ Diane Terezakis ]

【電子書籍なら、スマホ・パソコンの無料アプリで今すぐ読める!】Maiz Y Coca-Cola Adventures, Scrapes, and Shamanism in the Amazon and Andes【電子書籍】[ Diane Terezakis ]

Whether sharing knowledge attained through a sacred plant ritual, the romance she finds with a leader of the Huaorani, or the tarantulas that frighten her while she bathes, Diane Terezakis authentically shares her experiences as if unashamedly talking to a best friend. Dianes quest for the elusive, yet eclectic state of enlightenment is an inner and outer journey, where she seeks to acquire shamanic wisdom as well as to learn about herself, and although she has a game plan in mind, Diane follows the path that the Universe governs.

Part One: Civilization, chronicles the introductory voyage that takes the author through the Ecuadorian Amazon and Andes, meeting shamans she wants to return and study with, the indigenous and the gringos she befriends along the way, the scrapes she gets into, and the reflections on significant episodes in her life. In Part Two: Ecuador, Colombia, and Peru, the authors mentor, a shaman in the Ecuadorian Andes, Dr. Valentin Hampejs, helps point the way toward other medicine men for her to supplement her studies with after her disappointing stay with the Secoya shaman, Don Cesario. Enlightening rituals with Dr. Hampejs, a romantic relationship with the Huaorani, Moi, and fun times with her quasi-cousins help balance her disappointment. Chauvinism, greed, and alcohol have marred many of the medicine men that the author finds. Journeying through the Andes while El Ninos ravishing of roads has made travel dangerous, Terezakis precariously makes her way into the Peruvian Andes, plagued by recurring dreams with important messages that eventually lead her back home.

Elixir qualities aside, inhabitants of the Amazon jungle and the Andes Mountains (symbolized by Maiz) are becoming perpetually Westernized (symbolized by Coca-Cola emblems throughout South America), and the terrain is sadly changing. Oil companies decimate the Amazon daily, and cultures in both vicinities are losing their hold. As if catching fleeting moments on film, Diane attempts, through her memoir, to immortalize the beauty of the jungle and the mountains while capturing comic moments, vulnerable, endearing episodes, thought-provoking tragedies, and painful disillusionment. Dianes passages weave into an unforgettable scrapbook of her travels in South America.

Welcome to the wildest place on earth! Ecuador's upper Amazon Basin, referred to locally as the Oriente, awaits you. Spanning most of the Sucumb?os Province, this region is unquestionably one of the most biologically diverse regions on the planet. Here, you can experience incredible wildlife viewing and bird-watching, nature photography, jungle hikes, dugout-canoe excursions, and a unique mix of native people adapted to life in the heart of the tropics. From bird-size butterflies to butterfly-size birds, from piranhas to vampire bats, from poison-arrow frogs to monster anacondas, and from spider monkeys to howler monkeys, the sky is the limit for the spirited soul. The area surrounding Tena and Misahuall? is the most-visited rainforest destination in the country. One of the more developed regions of the upper Amazon, it is also the most accessible. Jungle excursions abound and there are still small patches of primary forest, mostly in the form of private reserves. Outstanding rafting, kayaking, swimming, tubing and hiking opportunities are available, as well as birding, botany, medicinal study, cultural and general nature travel. Farther down the R?o Napo, the land becomes more pristine. In the south, especially along the eastern slopes of the Andes and around Macas, the rugged topography and lack of access have preserved some of the best wildlife-viewing opportunities and intact indigenous cultures in Ecuador. In this region, virgin rainforest and the communities of the unique Achuar and Shuar Nations await the true adventure seeker. As the Andes descend dramatically eastward into the Napo region, the true tropical lowland rainforest begins with the headwaters of the R?o Napo. The Central Oriente offers ecological life zones similar to those in the northern region (see The Upper Amazon Basin), with many species that live here and nowhere else on earth. This is due primarily to the mixture of different microclimates created by drastic elevation changes between the Andes and the Amazon, resulting in small pockets of life that evolved separately from their close neighbors. Thus, biologically, the Oriente with up to 5% of the earth's plant species is arguably the richest place on the planet. This guide gives you all the details on where to stay, where to eat, what to do, how to get around, the entertainment and arts, the history and culture. Complete with maps and photos throughout.

【電子書籍なら、スマホ・パソコンの無料アプリで今すぐ読める!】The Sea and the Jungle【電子書籍】[ H. M. Tomlinson ]

In "The Sea and the Jungle," H. M. Tomlinson masterfully weaves a narrative that blends personal reflection with vivid exploration of the untamed world. Set against the backdrop of the Amazon and the sea, the book epitomizes early 20th-century literary modernism through its intricate prose and impressionistic style. Tomlinson's keen observations illuminate the interplay between civilization and nature, while his lyrical language evokes both the beauty and the peril inherent in the wilderness, challenging readers to ponder humanity's relationship with the natural world. H. M. Tomlinson was a British writer, journalist, and adventurer whose extensive travels and experiences informed much of his work, enriching his vivid portrayal of exotic locales. His encounters with diverse cultures and natural landscapes fostered a deep appreciation for the complex dynamics of life, leading him to pen this reflective travel narrative. Tomlinson's belief in the transformative power of exploration resonates throughout the text, as he seeks to convey not just the physical journey but a profound introspection borne from it. This book is highly recommended for those interested in adventure literature, environmental philosophy, or the early modernist movement. Last Exit: Black Sea Travelling the Danube Delta【電子書籍】[ Kai Althoetmar ]

【電子書籍なら、スマホ・パソコンの無料アプリで今すぐ読める!】Last Exit: Black Sea Travelling the Danube Delta【電子書籍】[ Kai Althoetmar ]

The Danube delta, the largest reed area in the world, is one of Europe's most impressive natural phenomena. 'Europe's Amazon', a green paradise of reeds and water, is not only a nursery for countless rare animal species, but also a multi-ethnic landscape that was once a refuge for persecuted minorities. The delta has been through a lot under communism: brutal industrialisation, draining of large areas, overfishing and unchecked water pollution. Since the fall of Ceaucescu in 1989, the people in the delta have been left to their own devices and the many new regulations. Corruption is flourishing, ecotourism is a fragile plant, only the fish feeds in times of need, and the red past appears as rosy as the beautiful nature. A journey through a labyrinth at the end of Europe that no one wants to leave. Plus: basic information for travellers. - Illustrated eBook with numerous photos.

Kai Althoetmar, born in Cologne in 1968, a graduate of the Cologne School of Journalism and a graduate economist and political scientist, previously worked for GEO magazine, Deutsche Welle (Middle East editorial office) and Reuters news agency (foreign department), among others, and lives as a fulltime writer in the German Eifel and on Mauritius. In Namibia, he worked as a reporter for the German-language radio programme of the Namibian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC).
