Hierzu wird zun?chst die kulturpolitische Situation in der Zeit von 1917 (nach Ende der Revolution) bis 1940 (Bulgakovs Todesjahr) betrachtet. Danach soll die Person Stalin und der Stalinismus in den Mittelpunkt der Betrachtung ger?ckt sowie sein Weg an die Macht kurz besprochen werden. Im dritten Kapitel soll Bulgakov vorgestellt werden. Dabei wird auf sein Elternhaus und seine Biografie eingegangen werden. Im vierten Teil, dem Hauptteil, wird es um die Zeugnisse der Beziehung zwischen Bulgakov und Stalin gehen. Dabei wird der Schwerpunkt nat?rlicherweise auf der Sicht Bulgakovs auf Stalin liegen, da es wenig Material zu Stalins Meinung ?ber Bulgakov gibt. Im letzten Kapitel wird versucht, das Verhalten Stalins an Hand der vorangegangen Analyse und mit Hilfe von Sekund?rliteratur zu bewerten. The four functions of Army transportation are movement control, intermodal operations, mode operations, and theater distribution. Army transportation uses various surface and air modes (for example, truck, lighterage, railcar, and aircraft), to transport units, personnel, equipment, and various classes of supply to support unified land operations.＜/p＞ ＜p＞The focus of ATP 4-11 is to discuss motor transport operations. Motor transport is the most flexible of all the surface and air modes of transport. Motor transport operations are broad in scope and are conducted both intertheater and intratheater, from the strategic support area in the continental United States (CONUS) to the front line of troops in a theater. Motor transport fulfills movement requirements for activities that include tactical mobility, sustainment mobility, personnel replacements, and casualty evacuation. Seit dieser Zeit hat es Auswirkungen auf alle, die mit ihm umgehen. 'Die ARD/ZDF-Studie 'Kinder und Medien 2003' hat vor kurzem wieder das hohe Ma? an Medienzug?ngen best?tigt, ?ber die Kinder heute verf?gen k?nnen: Bei 99 Prozent aller Kinder steht zu Hause mindestens ein Fernsehger?t - die Zahl der in den heimischen vier W?nden Fernsehabstinenten ist damit verschwindend gering -, Radios, Videorecorder, Audiospeichermedien und Computer (60% mit Internetanschluss) geh?ren zur Ausstattung.'(Feierabend/Klingler 2005, 163). Seit 1999 wird regelm??ig (1999, 2000, 2002, 2003 und 2005) eine Basisstudie zum Stellenwert der Medien im Alltag von 6-13 j?hrigen Kindern durchgef?hrt. Die Ausbildung des Sprechens und somit auch des Denkens werden ver?ndert. Besonderes Augenmerk gilt der These, dass Fernsehen vor allem der Fantasie des Kindes schadet (vgl. Eicke / Eicke 1994, 70). So wird sie gern bis auf Jacob Grimms Aussage aus dem Jahre 1848 zur?ckgef?hrt: 'Sprachforschung, der ich anh?nge und von der ich ausgehe, hat mich noch nie in der weise befriedigen k?nnen, da? ich nicht immer gern von den w?rtern zu den sachen gelangt w?re' (Grimm 1848, XI). Wirklichen Einfluss auf die wissenschaftliche Diskussion aber begann die Forschungsrichtung letztendlich mit den Arbeiten des Indogermanisten Rudolf Meringer zu entfalten, der sich, ausgehend von der Hausforschung, ungef?hr seit 1891 der Sachforschung zuwendete, wobei er sich explizit in der Tradition Jacob Grimms sah (H?ttenbach 1977, 77f.).
