'Nach wie vor sind die Chancen von Frauen und M?nnern in der Arbeitswelt ungleich verteilt' (Ahlers 2005: 8). Nimmt man diese Aussagen unumwunden an, dann offenbart sich in ihnen (zumindest) ein Demokratie- aber auch ein Modernisierungsdefizit (vgl. ebd.). Schlicht gesprochen, handelt essich bei Ersterem um die bisherige Nicht-Verwirklichung eines gesetzlich verb?rgten Grund-rechts1 einer/eines Jeden nach rechtlicher Gleichheit, nach Gleichberechtigung und im weitesten Sinne nach Chancengleichheit.
